The East River Group generally meets every third Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. Due to National priorities changing and budget challenges, the National Sierra Club has decided it can no longer justify keeping an office open in Sioux Falls. The East River Group will remain engaged with several projects and you are encourage to stay in touch, however you can. Deb McIntyre will continue organizing the Canoe and Kayak Regatta on the Big Sioux as an Earth Day celebration, Danell Bowling will organize summer Outings, Jeff Chapman will continue as Treasurer, and Tim Reimer will develop programs focused on issues and activism. Please contact any of us if you have a question or want to participate. Deb McIntyre - 743-5647 Danell Bowling - 363-5239 © Copyright Sierra Club.
