What does the Sierra Club tag line mean to you? Sierra Club National put out a request for stories with the following theme: “What I did to “Explore, Enjoy, and Protect the Planet” on August 6, 2005. Click here to see what East River Group staff member Deb McIntyre wrote in response. |
Clip out these numbers for your bulletin board:

The East River Group generally meets every third Thursday of the month at
7:00 p.m.
Due to National priorities changing and budget challenges, the National
Sierra Club has decided it can no longer justify keeping an office open in
Sioux Falls. The East River Group will remain engaged with several
projects and you are encouraged to stay in touch, however you can. Deb
McIntyre will continue organizing the Canoe and Kayak Regatta on the Big
Sioux as an Earth Day celebration, Danell Bowling will organize summer
Outings, Jeff Chapman will continue as Treasurer, and Tim Reimer will
develop programs focused on issues and activism. Please contact any of us
if you have a question or want to participate. Deb McIntyre - 743-5647 Danell Bowling -
